Please note that the Serrano Water District has recently updated their billing system
and, as a result, you have been assigned a new account number which will appear
on your next bill (effective October 2009 and November 2009). Please make a note
of it for your records and notify your bank if necessary. As a reminder, effective
January 1, 2010 the District will move to monthly billing.
Water rates and other fees are set by the Board of Directors and
directly reflect the cost of providing essential water service to the community.
Each customer receives a bi-monthly bill.
