Water rates and other fees are set by the Board of Directors and directly reflect the cost of providing essential water service to the community.

Each customer receives a bi-monthly bill.

New Water Rate Effective July 1, 2007:   The New Water Rate applied to each billing unit of water (one billing unit equals 100 cubic feet, or 748 gallons of water) served during the period commencing July 1, 2007 will be as follows:

(b)           New Domestic Water Rate: Water Deliveries in Excess of 5 Units:  $1.97 per billing unit of water.

Fees
A notification of account delinquency (pink tag) is posted on your door 45 days from the billing date. If no payment is received within the allotted time, water service will be discontinued. 

The fee to re-establish service between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday is $50.

The fee to re-establish service after 4:30 p.m. and before 7:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays is $75.  

The fee for all returned checks is $20. Subsequent to a returned check assessment, the customer must pay monies due in cash or by money order.
