The Board of Directors of the Serrano Water District is pleased to offer our customers the Irvine Lake All Access Card.

Please come into the Water District located at 18021 Lincoln Street, Villa Park and show your Access Card along with your picture I.D. and pick up your tickets for the events and fishing passes.

The All Access Card entitles you to the following:

• 2 fishing passes per month (must be claimed per month)
• 2 complimentary passes to the 12th Annual Blues Fest on June 26
• 2 complimentary passes to 2nd Annual Legends of Rock Concert on July 10
• 2 complimentary passes to the 5th Annual Woodstock Concert
  on August 21
