The Board of Directors of the Serrano Water District is pleased to offer our customers the Irvine Lake All Access Card.

Please come into the Water District located at 18021 Lincoln Street, Villa Park and show your Access Card along with your picture I.D. and pick up your tickets for the events and fishing passes.

The All Access Card entitles you to the following:

• 4 fishing passes per month (to be picked up monthly at the office)
• 2 complimentary passes to the 10th Annual Blues Fest on June 29
• 2 complimentary passes to the 12th Annual Motorcycle Madness & Classic Rock Concert on July 27
• 2 complimentary passes to the 3rd Annual Woodstock Concert on August 16
